Copper in the Clouds’ flagship dry gin, designed to taste like the land, distilled on Dowsetts Farm in central Hertfordshire. A proper juniper-led dry gin with complex earthy aromas, vegetal citrus and dark spice.
Distilled in traditional copper pot stills using 100% British grain spirit and botanicals either foraged, farmed or sourced from within our county of Hertfordshire. Can be used anywhere where proper gin is called for. Makes a sublime gin and tonic with our recommended garnish of a lengthy strip of lemon peel and pink peppercorns.
Botanicals include: juniper berries, black cardamom, pink peppercorn, melissa, nettle, lemon verbena, lemon balm, coriander seed, angelica root and orris root.
