Produced following a selection of the best grapes from the oldest vineyards, with an attractive nose of candied fruits and plum marmalade, in perfect harmony with sweet aromas of chocolate and black fruits, above all blackberry.
Aged in mixed oak barrels of American staves and French tops for 20 months to allow a paused and harmonic evolution. American oak gives a sweet character of vanilla and coconut while French oak gives spice, making for the perfect balance.
A great bouquet of spices, with cinnamon standing out, and notes of cedar on the finish. Smooth with sweet and round tannins, and perfect balance between acidic fruit and oak. A fresh, structured and complex wine with a long aftertaste.
94% Tempranillo, 4% Graciano, 2% Mazuelo.
