A fragrant gin liqueur, distilled and infused with the flavours of Prickly Pear (the spiky fruit of the Opuntia cactus) and Mandarin.

The base for this liqueur is a seven botanical gin, heavy on the mandarin peel, made at Dowsett’s Farm distillery in Hertfordshire.

An infusion of prickly pear after distillation gives this liqueur a uniquely fruity flavour.

To serve, pour into a tall glass and fill with ice and soda water, for a refreshing summer spritzer.
