24 bourbon casks of rum were aged for eleven years at the prestigious Trinidad Distillers Limited. From there, the rum was shipped to the Charente, for a further year’s ageing in ex-cognac casks.
The result: a finely structured, harmonious and complex rum, with delicate florality and spice. The ideal after-dinner drink.
