Plantation Panama 2008 ‘Under the Sea’ 700ml 45.7% ABV

Fruity and spicy aromas of peach, red berries, orange peel and nutmeg on the nose, with a touch of white pepper, custard, lemongrass and pear skin.
The palate shows rich honeycomb, red apple, candied roast hazelnuts with hints of toffee.
All wrapped up in a long, lingering finish with cigar box notes, chocolate and liquorice.
