We are launching with a Tasting Watch Party, to coincide with International Sherry Week, at 8.00pm on Friday 6th November 2020.
González Byass boasts the finest selection of sherries available in the UK today, from their beautiful and historic bodega in Jerez. Together, we have assembled the ultimate sherry tasting experience, complete with a 4K video tasting hosted by ‘Mr. Sherry’ — Martin Skelton of González Byass UK. Join us over Zoom to watch the video premiere, and chat with Mr Sherry himself in our live Q&A after the tasting.
Each of our at-home tasting kits include a comprehensive tasting guide, complete with pairing recipes from professional chef Brett Barnes, and a carefully-selected set of González Byass sherries. From the driest Fino to the sweetest Pedro Ximénez and everything in between, each sherry is paired with complementing nibbles to elevate your tasting experience.
The tasting packs (including five miniature sherries, olives, almonds, chocolate, and our companion handbook) are available for pre-order now, and will be shipped from Monday 2nd November.
The González Byass sherry tasting will remain on sale via our website and independent wine merchants after the Watch Party has ended.
